Reetu is an operating executive with over 20 years of experience in the consumer, health and wellness space.
Formerly the CMO of Ideal Image, the largest independently owned medspa in the country, Reetu has extensive knowledge of the aesthetics space. Additionally, she was the CMO of dentalcorp, the largest dental roll-up in Canada (TSX: DNTL) with over 500+ dental practices. An operating executive at L Catterton, along with Blue-Chip experiences at Coach, Avon and Limited Brands - Reetu has a proven track record of accelerating growth via commercial optimization, digital growth, market expansion and operational improvements.
Along with her extensive category knowledge and culture-first leadership style, Reetu brings a true partnership mindset to Well Labs+.
Meet Rebecca Axtell
Chief Development Officer, Well Labs+
Rebecca brings 20 years of business development experience across the dermatology industry.
Most recently, Rebecca was the Head of Business Development at Apotheco, a high-growth pharmacy acquisition group where she grew the organization from 5 to 31 locations.
Prior, Rebecca was a founding member of the Strategic Accounts team at Galderma, creating and implementing practice development strategies to manage the ever-changing needs of Dermatology practices and owners. Rebecca started her career at a number of dermatology start-up’s contributing to high-volume growth and building successful platforms, teams and cultures.
Rebecca’s passion is for people and customers and is committed to strong partnerships with those who join the Well Labs+ community.
Meet Matt Curren
Chief Operating Officer, Well Labs+
With over 15 years of healthcare operations experience, Matt brings a wealth of expertise to Well Labs+.
Most recently, Matt served as the Vice President of Clinic Operations at Bond Vet, where he spearheaded the development of revolutionary animal care experiences for pet owners. Under his guidance, Bond Vet expanded from 10 to 40+ clinics nationwide with a focus on efficiency and experience-forward operating models.
Matt's multifaceted background in healthcare across NYU Medical Center, The Cigna Group, and Deloitte Consulting offers our partners a unique opportunity to reimagine how aesthetic and wellness services are delivered and received in the industry.
Matt is dedicated to collaborating with our partners at every stage of their growth journey, working hand-in-hand with owners to drive tangible business results and elevated patient experiences.
Meet Banks Meyer
Chief Financial Officer, Well Labs+
Banks joined Well Labs+ with a decade of experience in leading financial teams in the healthcare sector.
Prior to this role, Banks was the Head of Finance at Sollis Health focusing on profitability, new market entry and equity/debt raising. Banks previously served as VP of Finance at Ambulnz where he lead FP&A, RCM and Corporate Development to revolutionize the emergency transportation experience.
Banks started his career at SullivanCotter, working on primary care and surgery center acquisitions for large health systems, giving him a wide range of healthcare knowledge to support our teams and practice owners.
Banks’ experience in M&A and corporate finance sets up Well Labs+ partners for financial success.
